What is your shipping policy?
We offer free shipping on qualifying orders over $25, and a 30 day return policy.
Products that are fulfilled by our printing partners unfortunately do not qualify for free shipping such as the pickleball court prints.

How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary depending on your location, but most orders arrive within 5-12 business days.
If your item takes over 20 business days to arrive, please contact us at contact@playthecourts.com and we will confirm the status for you.
Do you ship internationally?
At the moment we only provide shipping within the United States.
Who is your shipping provider?
Currently our main shipping provider is the United States Postal Service (USPS), however we will continue to expand to additional providers.
As we expand, you will find the details here, in our shipping policy and at the checkout when you choose your shipping options.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
We don't currently offer gift wrapping, but we plan on adding this as an option in the future.
Where is my order?
We will send you a tracking number to your email once your package has been shipped. If you've lost your tracking number or don't know if you've received one, feel free to get in touch and someone from our team will be happy to help!

Can I change my shipping address?
As long as your package has not yet shipped you can change your shipping address by emailing us with your order number at contact@playthecourts.com.
If your package has already been shipped, unfortunately we are unable to change the shipping address. You may be able to get in touch with the shipping provider to see if they can assist you.
Do you offer discreet packaging for pickleball gifts?
Yes, we are happy to offer discreet packaging for any orders that contain a pickleball gift. Typically our packages don't contain any identifiable information about our brand, however to be certain you are welcome to send us an email at contact@shopthecourts.com
How do I initiate a return?
If you’re unhappy with your purchase, email us at contact@playthecourts.com and we’ll help you initiate the return process and let you know where to send your items to.
What is your refund policy?
We have a lifetime guarantee return and refund policy.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

When can I expect my refund?
You can expect your refund to be initiated as soon as the item has been received by our team and the item is in it's original condition.
What should I do if I have an issue with my order?
We do our best to make sure all of our customers are happy with their orders, but we get that sometimes things happen.

Can I pay in installments?
You may be eligible to pay for your purchase in installments using Afterpay if your purchase is over $50.
You will see more information on paying in installments during the checkout process if you potentially qualify.

Absolutely! We’ll email you a 10% off code just for signing up to our email list at the bottom of the page!
